Plainly: I collect only what you choose to send me, I use it only to help you, and I do not sell it. Here is exactly how this site handles your information.
When you use a form on this site (Contact, the home value request, the home search request, or the Corridor Report subscribe), the information you enter, such as your name, your phone or email, and what you are looking for, is sent to me by email so I can respond. A form-delivery service (Web3Forms) passes the message to my inbox. I use what you send only to reply to you and help with your request. I never sell it.
The calculators and the Home Companion run entirely in your own browser. The numbers and details you enter into them are not sent to me and are not stored on any server. They stay on your device unless you choose to send them to me yourself. That is by design: your financial figures are yours.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general traffic, such as how many people visit a page and roughly what region they are in. It does this without cookies, without following you across other sites, and without identifying you personally. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages and provides the security and analytics described above. Standard server logs may briefly record technical details like IP address for security and reliability.
