A real estate advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors across North and Central Florida, with a background that shows up in the work: careful pricing, real preparation, and a full-service standard on both sides of the transaction.
Kane Brooks is a real estate advisor serving buyers, sellers, and investors across North and Central Florida. He grew up on the Gulf Coast, in the Tampa Bay area.
He started in the business as a buyer specialist and closed roughly a dozen homes in his first year, then set out to widen his craft, moving into listings, luxury, land, and investment real estate. Since then he has sold horse farms across Ocala's equestrian country, luxury homes in Gainesville, and residential and commercial investment property, and has worked a range of commercial transactions. He has sold in county after county across North Central Florida: Alachua, Marion, Levy, Gilchrist, Dixie, Columbia, Putnam, and more.
Along the way he grew into a Senior Real Estate Advisor and Lead Listing and Buyer Agent, and became his team's productivity coach and trainer, building the training program, developing agents from their first cold call to their first closing, and building the systems the team ran on, from its prospecting CRM to its operational command center and weekly market reporting.
Kane brings that full range to his own clients. He tells sellers the truth about price before a home goes on the market, and he helps buyers and investors understand what a property actually costs to own, and what it is truly worth, before any of it becomes a surprise. He also built the software his business runs on, so nothing slips and clients always know where things stand.
Gainesville luxury and Ocala's horse-country farms and acreage, represented with the discretion and preparation a high-value property demands.
Buy-and-hold, value-add, and land in one of the country's fastest-growing regions, underwritten on the numbers, not the hype.
